BUILDING YOUTH BASKETBALL
SINCE 1999

The Tri-City Youth Basketball Association (TCYBA) has been proudly serving the youth of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody (Tri-Cities), New Westminster, Burnaby, and Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge ,Since our establishment as a registered not-for-profit organization in 1999.

With over two decades of experience, we have become a trusted name in youth basketball, providing opportunities for players from Kindergarten to grade 12, in both competitive and recreational divisions. We proudly offer programs that cater to a thriving community of over 2000 players.

Inclusivity and accessibility are the cornerstones of TCYBA's philosophy. We believe that every youth should have the chance to participate in basketball, irrespective of their skill level or background.

Our club operates out-of-school gyms in the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, and Pitt Meadows, fostering a supportive and all-embracing atmosphere where boys and girls can hone their basketball skills while having an absolute blast.

We are managed by an elected volunteer Board of Directors while league operations are handled by a small paid staff led by our Executive Director

The club also provides a training path for officials by recruiting, training and offering game experience to young officials to provide them with an opportunity to learn the game at an early level and provide them with part-time employment.

TCYBA has helped to build the sport of basketball in our community for more than 20 years. We believe in building a community around our sport and invite those that are interested in playing, coaching, officiating or working with the club in any other capacity please visit our contact page.
