Fall / Winter Registration Info

Posted on: June 01, 2021

We are pleased to announce TCYBAs 2021-22 Fall / Winter Development League registration will commence on Friday June 11 for returning Fall/Winter 2020-21 players. Information regarding the 3 registration phases TCYBA offers is outlined below:

PHASE 1 - June 11 to June 17
Phase 1 is only available for Players Returning to the same team from the Fall/ Winter 2020/21 season. Players from Fall / Winter wishing to change teams or who played Spring only, will be required to register during Phase 2.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you attempt to register your child during this registration phase and you are not eligible to do so, your registration will be rejected and you will need to re-register during the appropriate phase. All registrations are reviewed by the League Registrar to ensure eligibility requirements are met.

PHASE 2 - June 19 to  June 24

Phase 2 is available for all Returning Players from Fall / Winter 2020-21 and Spring 2020 wishing to register to any team with available space.

If your child is new to TCYBA or did not register in the Fall / Winter 2020-21 or the Spring 2020 season, do not register during this phase of registration. You can register in Phase 3 beginning June 26.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you attempt to register your child during this registration phase and you are not eligible to do so, your registration will be rejected and you need to re-register during the appropriate phase. All registrations are reviewed by the League Registrar to ensure eligibility requirements are met.

PHASE 3 - June 26 Ongoing to September

Phase 3 is available for New Players (and returning players that did not register during phase 1 or 2)

New players to TCYBA must register in the division where their grade in September 2021 will be the higher grade – for example a new Grade 5 player to TCYBA must register at the Grade 4/5 level. Grade 4’s registering at the Grade 4/5 level must already have played at least one season in TCYBA and be physically ready to play with others that are their age and older.

The same eligibility process applies to all age groups.

Registration Confirmation

For all phases of registration, your registration receipt, generated by our registration site Stack Sports, is not a confirmation of placement on a team. It is strictly to let you know we have received your application detailing the team information you are requesting. No registration is complete until you receive a second registration confirmation email from Stack Sports.
