Tri-City Youth Basketball Association Annual General Meeting

Every year, in accordance with the Societies Act and the TCYBA Bylaws, Tri-City Youth Basketball holds its Annual General Meeting in October.

The TCYBA will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Oct 25, 2019 at Poirier Community Centre beginning at 7:00 pm. Poirier Community Centre is located at  633 Poirier St, Coquitlam, BC.

TCYBA Board Nominations

The Tri-City Youth Basketball Association is currently accepting nominations from members in good standing to serve on its Board of Directors. Consistent with the policies of basketballs provincial sports organization, the Tri-City Youth Basketball Association has transitioned the recruitment of potential board members to one that includes a process in which nominations are submitted to its nomination.& recruitment committee in advance of the annual general meeting.   All candidates interested in serving on the TCYBA board are invited to submit their nomination by using the form provided at the link below and remitting it at least 20 days prior to the date specified in the annual general meeting notice. The form must be signed by two members in good standing of the association as well as the candidate and remitted to the nomination committee via the Executive Directors email; executivedirector@tcyba.org prior to the specified deadline.
