How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

British Columbia Online Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the BC Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Tri-City Youth Basketball Association (TCYBA) requires consent to use personal information for purposes related and unrelated to our basketball programs.
In compliance with this act, the Tri-City Youth Basketball Association (TCYBA) requests and secures permission to use photographs/videos/names of individual players and groups of players in a variety of publications to promote the TCYBA. This could include newsletter, brochures, newspapers, magazines, reports, the TCYBA website, radio, videos or television. This also includes permission for your child to be photographed by the media (TV or newspaper) for events relating to TCYBA.
The TCYBA does not distribute or share photos in their possession, from its website or allow the use of photographic or video images to be taken at its practices, games or events for commercial undertakings or advertising that are not endorsed and preapproved by the league’s Board of Directors.
