FALL / WINTER 2024-25 REGISTRATION

PHASE 1: JUNE 3 to JUNE 9, 2024

Returning players who were part of a team during the Fall/Winter 2023-24 season and wish to continue playing with the same team can register accordingly.

 

However, players who want to switch teams, either because their previous team is not participating in the upcoming Fall/Winter season or because they were only registered for the Spring 2024 season, will need to register during Phase 2.

PHASE 2: JUNE 11 to JUNE 16, 2024

Returning players who participated in the Fall/Winter 2023-24 and Spring 2024 seasons have the option to register for any team that still has available space.

However, if your child is new to TCYBA or did not register in the Fall/Winter 2023-24 or Spring 2024 season, we kindly ask that you refrain from registering during this phase. Registration for new or previously unregistered players will begin on June 18, 2024.

 

PHASE 3: JUNE 18, 2024 – ONGOING TO SEPTEMBER

Phase 3 is open for registration to both new players and returning players who did not register during Phase 1 or Phase 2.

For new players joining TCYBA, they must register to a team where their grade level in September is the higher grade. For example, a new Grade 5 player may only play on a Grade 4/5 team. Play­ing on a Grade 5/6 team is considered play­ing up in Grade 6. 

 

If a Grade 5 player has already played with TCYBA for one season and they are prepared to play with others who are their age or older, they can register to a Grade 5/6 team. 

 

The same eligibility applies to all age groups.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

For all phases of registration, your registration receipt, generated by our registration site Team Snap, is not a confirmation of placement on a team. It is strictly to let you know we have received your application detailing the team information you are requesting. 

 

No registration is complete until you have been rostered to a team which you can confirm by looking at the My Teams Page in your Team Snap Account
